En primer lugar, he preparado todo lo necesario sobre una mesa de trabajo:

1.- El tablero de ajedrez a reparar, casillas g5 y f2.
2.- Caja de herramientas.
3.- Estaño de buena calidad.
4.- Una bomba de aspiración para desoldar.
5.- Una base segura de trabajo para el soldador con esponja de limpieza de puntas.
6.- El soldador de punta delgada.
7.- Sensores magnéticos nuevos.

My first step, I have prepared all the necessary on a work table: 1. - The chessboard to repair. 2. - Toolbox. 3. - Tin for soldering of good quality. 4. - A pump of aspiration to retire tin, unsoldering. 5. - A safe base of work for the soldering tool with sponge to clean it. 6. - The soldering tool. 7. - The new magnetic sensors.

Mein erster Schritt, habe ich alles notwendige auf einer Arbeit Tabelle vorbereitet: 1. - Das zu reparieren Schachbrett. 2. - Toolbox. 3. - Zinn für das Löten der guten Qualität. 4. - Eine Pumpe der Aspiration, zum sich des Zinns zurückzuziehen, lötend ab. 5. - Eine sichere Unterseite der Arbeit für das lötende Werkzeug mit dem Schwamm zum Säubern es. 6. - Das lötende Werkzeug. 7. - Die neuen magnetischen Sensoren

Colocamos el tablero boca abajo sobre una toalla blanda, para no rallar la superficie. Con el destornillador adecuado retiramos los tornillos de la tapa inferior.

We placed the board down on a soft towel to prevent a damage the surface. With the suitable screwdriver we retired the screws of the cover.

Retiramos el sensor que no funciona. Con la punta del soldador calentamos la base 3 segundos y con la bomba de aspiración retiramos el estaño fundido. Hacemos esta operación con los dos extremos. Doblamos las patillas del nuevo sensor y lo ponemos. Hacemos la soldadura. Es importante vigilar que el metal depositado no sea mayor que el que había antes y que no estamos haciendo un puente eléctrico que no estuviera antes.

We retired the sensor that does not work. With the end of the soldering iron we warmed up base 3 second and with the aspiration pump we retired fused tin. We conduct this operation with both extreme. We doubled the sideburns of the new sensor and we put it. We make the weld. It is important to watch that the deposited metal is not bigger than the one was before and that we are not making a electrical bridge that was not before there.

Wir zogen uns den Sensor zurück, der nicht arbeitet. Mit dem Ende des Lötkolbens wärmten wir Unterseite 3 zweites auf und mit der Aspiration Pumpe zogen uns wir fixiertes Zinn zurück. Wir leiten diesen Betrieb mit extremen beiden. Wir verdoppelten die sideburns des neuen Sensors und wir setzten ihn. Wir bilden die Schweißung. Aufzupassen ist wichtig, daß das niedergelegte Metall nicht grösser ist, als das man bevor war und daß wir nicht eine elektrische Brücke bilden, die nicht vor dort war.

Cortamos los extremos que sobresalen. Es importante que no se quede dentro del computador el extremo de alambre cortado. Si el alambre cae en un rincón inaccesible podemos sacarlo con un destornillador imantado o con un pequeño imán.

We cut the ends that excel. It is important that the end of cut wire does not remain within the computer. If the wire falls in an inaccessible corner we can remove it with a magnetized screwdriver or a small magnet.

Wir schneiden die Enden, die übertreffen. Es ist wichtig, daß das Ende der geschnittenen Leitung nicht innerhalb des Computers bleibt. Wenn die Leitung in eine unzugängliche Ecke fällt, können wir sie mit einem magnetisierten Schraubenzieher oder einem kleinen Magneten entfernen.

Es el momento de ponerlo todo en su sitio y cerrar. Como no fui lo suficientemente cuidadoso algunos leds sufrieron un leve giro. Como todos ellos han de encajar a la vez dentro de los pequeños orificios supuso un problema.

It is the moment for putting everything in its site and for closing. As I had not the sufficiently careful, some leds underwent a slight turn. As all of them have to fit simultaneously within the small orifices, it supposed a problem.

Es ist der Moment für das Einsetzen alles in seinen Aufstellungsort und für das Schließen. Da ich nicht das genug vorsichtige hatte, machten einige LED eine geringfügige Umdrehung durch. Da alle innerhalb der kleinen öffnungen gleichzeitig passen müssen, nahm sie ein Problem an.

Finalmente. solucioné este pequeño inconveniente haciendo una plantilla de papel donde marqué la posición que debía tener cada led usando de guía los agujeros del tablero.

Finally, I solved to this small inconvenience with a paper where I marked the position that must have each LED using as guide the holes of the board.

Schließlich, Ich löste zu dieser kleinen Unannehmlichkeit mit einem Papier, in dem ich die Position kennzeichnete, die jede LED mit als Führer den Bohrungen des Brettes haben muß.
